The table below shows the weekly rent and payment plan for Fitzroy and Wenlock Courts in 2012-13.
The payment plan has been developed to spread the cost of your rent over your 42 or 50 week contract. It is not based on a calendar month and has been divided so that you don't have to worry about large rent payments towards the end of your stay with us. Which means you can focus on on your exams.

- All signed 50 week contracts will receive a week free. If you pay upfront for the 50 week contract you get two weeks free. This means you can stay for the whole year!
