Residential Fees
Please navigate through the links on the left hand side to view the residential fees for the Student Village, University of Bedfordshire. All other halls provides fees for Lea Halls, John Street, University Hall, Guildford Hall, Rutland Hall, Wellington Court, International House and James Court.
All bills included
Your weekly residential fee at all halls will include:
- Utilities (water, electricity and gas)
- Internet access
- Personal contents insurance from Endsleigh
Additional Services
- IPTV is available in all halls but there will be an additional charge for those who wish to access this service.
Advanced Fees - All Accommodation
You will also need to pay an advance fee of £250 to secure your room at the Village, once you have confirmed your place at the University of Bedfordshire. This will need to be paid alongside your first payment.
This includes:
- £50 non-refundable administration fee
- £200 security deposit*
* The security deposit will be returned in full within 28 days of your departure provided that there are no rent arrears, cleaning charges or damage to the property.
