Knowing where you are going to live next year is important, so we make it easy for your to confirm your room now. All you need to pay to secure your room is a £200 deposit, a £50 administration fee and a £249 rent instalment. So you can secure your room for just £499. The £200 deposit is refundable and will be returned in full within 21 days of your departure provided that there are no rent arrears, cleaning charges or damage to the property.
